Website Terms of Use   Top

All people using, viewing, referencing, comparing, registering, browsing, ordering products and submitting donations from The Kenpo Tigers website accepts all terms and conditions listed on this policy page.

 
 

Return Policy & Procedures   Top

All products returned must be in new, undamaged, unused, clean, and in resalable condition to be re-inventoried and resold. If any products need to be returned, the customer must return the product(s) immediately, with the original purchase receipt or e-receipt, in the original OEM packaging, in person, at The Kenpo Tigers School, or repack the product(s) carefully in the original box to ship back to the school and the customer pays all shipping fees. If any products are returned without the original purchase receipt or e-receipt and in unsalable condition won't be accepted as a returned product(s). NO RETURNS accepting products already used and worn, shaped to fit in mouth, altered, damaged, soiled or covered with saliva, and in unsalable condition. There is a 15% restocking fee charged to the customer for all products returned in good, perfect, new, and in resalable condition, to be re-inventoried for resale.

 
 

Refunds   Top

All returned product(s) must be in new, unused, clean, undamaged, in resalable condition and repack in the original OEM box and packaging. To receive a refund, the customer must provide the original or a copy of the original purchase receipt or e-receipt with the product(s), in person, at The Kenpo Tigers School or repack the product(s) with the original or a copy of the original receipt or e-receipt to ship back to our school. NO REFUNDS for groin protection items already used and worn on the person, mouth pieces removed from packaging and already shaped to fit in mouth, and all products that are damaged, dirty, used, altered, in unsalable condition, returned two weeks and later after purchase or delivery date, and can't be re-inventoried for resale. All shipping and handling fees, drop ship fees, 15% restocking fee, sales tax, bounce check fee and registration fees ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

 
 

Exchanges   Top

A purchased product can be exchanged for another product at an equal, higher or lower price value, but any remaining balance will be settled by refunding or charging the customer. All products must be in new, perfect and in resalable condition to be accepted as an exchange. All products must be repacked in the original box and packing materials including OEM product documents. The customer must provide a copy of the original receipt or e-receipt for proof of purchase to exchange a product. All exchanges must occur immediately after delivery date. Product exchanges can be made in person at our school (local orders only), by phone, mail, fax, or email. Customer pays all shipping fees to return the first product to the correct company for another product. NO EXCHANGES accepted with products that are not in resalable condition, already used and worn, washed in a washing and drying machine, damaged, already shaped and fitted, and without a copy of the original receipt or e-receipt showing proof of purchase.

 
 

Payments & Receipts   Top

Credit Card and Debit Card Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards as payment. All orders paid by credit or debit card will be processed and charged immediately. All credit and debit card information are kept CONFIDENTIAL.

Check Payments:
We accept personal, business and cashier (certified) checks as payment, in person, at The Kenpo Tigers School or by mail. NO check payments accepted from our website. All payments paid by check, must be in U.S. Dollars (USD) and deposit into a U.S. Bank only. If any checks bounce, a $25 bounced check fee will be charged to the customer for each bounced check. All check payments and bank information are kept CONFIDENTIAL.

Cash Payments:
We accept all cash payments, in person, at The Kenpo Tigers School only. Never mail any cash payments to the school because the payment may not be received caused by mail issues.

Electronic Wire Transfer Payments:
We don't accept electronic wire transfers as payment.

Receipts
All customers, that buy product, make a donation, and applicants that sign up for any classes and programs, in person, at The Kenpo Tigers School, will receive a receipt of purchase. All orders and donations placed from the Kenpo Tigers website will receive an e-receipt from the shopping cart by email. All orders placed by phone, fax, or mail will recieve their receipt by mail, email or fax. Customers can request a copy of the original receipt for their recent order, at any time. A copy of the original receipt can be mailed, emailed, or faxed to the customer within 1-3 business days.

The customer's credit card, debit card, check and bank information can be used to help collect any unpaid balances, and can also be provided to debt collection agencies, attorneys, courts and law enforcement officials for legal issues, if needed.

 
 

Collecting Unpaid Payments   Top

If payment is not received for any orders, classes, products, events and donations, then the payment must be paid in full immediately. The Kenpo Tigers School will make three (3) attempts to contact the customer by sending payment notices and using all communication methods provided by the customer to pay their debt in full, within thirty (30) business days. If the customer don't respond and make a payment, in full, within the thirty (30) business days, the customer's personal information will be given to a debt collection agency and/or our attorney(s) to collect all debt in full. If the customer can't make a payment in full, then the Kenpo Tigers School can work out a payment plan with the customer to make monthly payments until their debt is cleared with the school.

 
 

Sales Tax   Top

All Maryland orders is charge 6% sales tax. No sales tax charged to applicants. No sales tax charged to out of state orders.

 
 

Damaged Products   Top

If any products are damaged or defective when delivered they must be returned and replaced immediately. The customer must provide a copy of the original receipt or e-receipt to return the damaged or defective product(s) for a new product(s). Repack the damaged or defective product(s) in the original OEM box and packing material including OEM product documents to ship back to the necessary company and the customer pays all shipping fees. The Kenpo Tigers is not liable for any incidental and consequential damages that occur with any products. All damaged and defective products must be reported immediately to The Kenpo Tigers School, in person, by phone, fax, mail or email for assistance.

 
 

Prices   Top

All prices that appear on the Kenpo Tigers website are set prices. If any products are ordered with an old price, the older price must be updated to the newer price before processing the customer's order. All prices can change and be updated, at any time, without notice. All price changes will take effect immediately after uploading the new prices to the Kenpo Tigers website.

 
 

Place an Order   Top

All orders must provide the customer's personal, product, and payment information that is kept CONFIDENTIAL. All registration forms must provide the registrant's personal info, class or program, payment and medical information (if med. info is required) that is kept CONFIDENTIAL. All order and registration forms must be completely filled out, clearly in print or online, to properly process orders and registrations, and the customer must print and sign their full name and date at the bottom of every form. All incomplete forms won't be processed, until all missing information is provided and verified. Orders can be placed by phone, mail, fax, in person at The Kenpo Tigers School or from our website. To cancel an order, the customer must submit their cancellation immediately, in writing, clearly in print, by email, fax, mail or in person at The Kenpo Tigers School. All orders received after 6:00pm (EST) during normal business hours, on weekends and during holidays will be processed on the next business day. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards, checks, money orders and cash (must be in person only) as payment. A valid credit or debit card, or check information must be provided with all orders and registrations.

Shipping Charges & Services   Top

All orders can be delivered by UPS, USPS, Fedex or DHL shipping services. All orders are drop shipped directly to the customer and provided a tracking number. All normal sized orders will incur regular shipping and handling fees and a drop ship fee (if any drop ship fee apply). All oversized orders will incur freight and handling fees and a drop ship fee (if any drop ship fee apply). We never add any additional and hidden shipping fees to any orders. If any changes, adjustments, incorrect, and missing shipping fees occur on any order, the customer will be contacted and sent a shipping notice, and must reply and confirm the new shipping fees before processing order(s). If there is a problem with the delivery address, the customer will be contacted to confirm the address is correct before processing order. We are not liable for any orders accidently lost, damaged, delivered late, and delivered to the wrong address while in the possession of the shipping company, during transit. The customer can report any shipping and delivery issues immediately, by contacting The Kenpo Tigers or the shipping company directly using the contact information listed.

International Orders   Top

The Kenpo Tigers School won't accept and ship out intenational orders. We won't respond to any international phone calls and messages.

 
 

Domestic Orders   Top

All U.S. orders are accepted and processed immediately. We will respond to all domestic phone calls and messages within the U.S. only.

 
 

Secure Orders   Top

All submitted transactions from the Kenpo Tigers website are stored on a secure server using 128bit encryption (SSL and certified). The information is accessible only to us through a password protected environment. Once your information has been accessed it is deleted and destroyed on the server completely. We never transmit your information via Email. Once your credit card information has been processed we destroy all record of your personal and credit card information (data) that has been collected on the server to maintain its security.

 
 

Privacy Policy   Top

We take our customers and students “privacy” very serious, when their personal information is provided to us in person at our school and online from our website. The Kenpo Tigers School protects all of their customers and students identity, by keeping their personal, order, payment, bank, product, medical and registration information CONFIDENTIAL. The customer’s and student’s personal, order and registration information is used strictly to benefit the customer and student only, to process their orders, registration forms, refunds, exchanges, reorders, authorize and charge orders, collect payments, delivery issues, complaints and to solve disputes and chargebacks. The Kenpo Tigers School will never sell and trade their customers and students personal, order and registration information to any third parties. The customer’s order information can be shared with manufacturers, distributors and shipping companies to properly process, fulfill and deliver orders. The customers and students personal, order and registration information can also be used and shared with authorized credit card companies, merchant company, bank(s), debt collection agencies, courts of law, our attorney(s) and law enforcement officials for legal issues, if any. All customers and students personal information provided to the Kenpo Tigers School is for in-house use, by our staff ONLY. We NEVER use our customer's personal information without the customer's consent. We NEVER misuse our customer's personal and order information.

It is prohibited to copy, take, duplicate, edit, modify, reproduce, and steal content off of The Kenpo Tigers website for any use. All images and pictures that is marked with a transparent image of our business name "Kenpo Tigers of Maryland" or "Five Point Kenpo Karate" is placed straight across or diagonally on all of our images and pictures to prevent illegal coping, protect our content from illegal use, and provide indentity of legal ownership that The Kenpo Tigers School own the content. We were given permission from legitimate and reputable companies to use their content based on their terms and conditions. All content is used to display and promote the products, classes and events we offer only.

The Kenpo Tigers School won't accept and allow any "exchange link requests" placed on our website.

 
 

Donations & Online Donations   Top

There are eleven (11) karate products offered to donate to any new and/or existing kid student(s) only. Donate any karate product(s) to help any kid student(s) attend and participate in our classes, programs and events. All donations are final after the donator's "Signature" is entered and click on the "Donation" button on the Online Donations Form. All donations cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged and cancelled after a donation is finalized and processed, so make sure the correct product(s) are donated. All karate products are offered and setup to donate as-is on the Online Donations Form on our website.
